The role involves providing technical support for Office 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory environments, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for end-users.Responsibilities:• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, ensuring security and access control best practices are adhered to.• Deploy and support Windows 10 operating systems and applications across the organization.• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.• Conduct end-user training sessions and create instructional materials as needed.• Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware.
