Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, including operating system and application problems.
- Assist users with password resets and account management tasks in Active Directory.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
- Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT support or relevant departments as needed.
- Provide clear and concise communication to end-users regarding the status and resolution of their support requests.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient help desk environment.
