We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst with expertise in utilizing Service Channel software to join our team in Salem, NH. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of our organization, contributing to the smooth operation of our service management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in help desk support and be adept at managing databases, generating reports, and facilitating efficient ticket resolution processes using Service Channel.
Key Responsibilities
Service Channel Management: Utilize expertise in Service Channel software to oversee and manage the service management system effectively.
Database Management: Take ownership of database management tasks within Service Channel, including data entry, maintenance, and customization to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting: Run and customize reports within Service Channel to provide valuable insights to stakeholders, aiding in decision-making processes and performance evaluation.
Ticket Management: Manage the lifecycle of service tickets within Service Channel, from creation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective handling of customer inquiries and technical issues.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors who directly interact with Service Channel, overseeing their access and managing their tickets within their respective portals.
Collaboration: Work closely with managers and service technicians within Taymax to coordinate efforts in resolving open tickets and addressing service-related issues using Service Channel.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a help desk or service desk role is highly desirable.
Proficiency in utilizing Service Channel software is a must.
Strong database management skills with experience in running and customizing reports within Service Channel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
