The successful candidate will be proficient in Service Desk operations and have an understanding of Microsoft, Windows Defender, BitLocker, Maximo, and network troubleshooting.Responsibilities:• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers, effectively resolving their issues and inquiries• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide suitable solutions to ensure smooth operations• Deliver remote desktop support to customers, resolving issues in a timely manner• Utilize Microsoft, Windows Defender, and BitLocker to support IT operations• Use Maximo for managing physical assets and infrastructure• Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions to ensure a stable network environment• Maintain accurate records of each customer interaction, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken• Collaborate with the team and contribute to the overall efficiency of the service desk• Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates to provide accurate assistance to customers• Strive for constant improvement in customer service and support.
