Description

  • Effectively managing and maintaining our intricate employee database archives to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of seamless new employee orientation meetings that inspire and engage.
  • Accurate and time-efficient data entry.
  • Proactive workflow management including managing and tracking email correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Performing a diverse range of administrative duties with the utmost efficiency and precision.
  • Utilizing the internet as a tool to conduct comprehensive research and identify potential customers.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years of hands-on administrative or office experience.
  • Superior attention to detail that goes over and above what’s expected.
  • Proficient in using a variety of office applications and software.
  • Ability to interact seamlessly with all levels of staff in a rapid, ever-changing environment, while maintaining an approachable and professional demeanor.
  • Highly developed verbal, written, and social communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in navigating basic office equipment and protocols.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team exhibiting flexibility, eagerness to learn, and the initiative to undertake a range of tasks and projects.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HR software is a distinct advantage.
