Robert Half currently has a fantastic opportunity for a skillful and driven Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for handling a number of different personnel related administrative tasks and will offer clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This opening is based in the Bessemer City, North Carolina area and is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Maintain employee database records
- Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
- Oversee office and administrative tasks Requirements
- Provide customer service support to employees regarding benefits, payroll, etc.
Requirements
- Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- Interviewing experience
- Proven knowledge of Review Resumes
- Resume Screening experience
- Foundational knowledge in data entry
- Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
