Responsibilities include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR databases and files.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, maintaining employee personnel files, and responding to routine HR inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations efforts by assisting in investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
