HR/Onboarding CoordinatorWill need to assist with hiring fairs on weekends periodicallyAssisting and overseeing hiring components- I9's, references, onboarding, recruiting, interviewing, etc- Managing rehire process• initiation of HR pre-employment items (background screening, drug screening, offer letters, reference checks and employment verification)• hiring events/ job fairs• maintaining confidentiality• organized, details oriented, self driven• great with people• flexible schedule (typical schedule 8 - 5 but may also require later evenings and possibly a couple Saturdays)*Need to pass a BGC prior to starting*Need to be detailed/relational as they will work with various departmentsNeed to be flexible for their schedule for hiring events
