Responsibilities
- Manage and handle short term disability, FMLA, and workers compensation.
- Maintain personnel and medical files of employees accurately.
- Ensure all information is correctly entered into the system.
- Maintain compliance with I9 and E-Verification processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned for an HR Coordinator role.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and ATS for various tasks.
- Leverage skills in ADP and UKG for improved efficiency (not mandatory but beneficial).
- Ensure strong and professional communication skills are used in all interactions.
- Maintain strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills for effective task management.
- Handle compliance-oriented tasks effectively, ensuring all HR practices align with regulations.
- Perform background checks and manage benefit functions as necessary.
- Administer compensation and comply with Workers Compensation regulations.
- Should be able to work with HRMS
- Ability to conduct Background Checks
- Must have experience in Benefit Functions
- Experience with Compensation Administration is necessary
- Understanding of Compliance procedures in HR
- Must be familiar with Workers Compensation processes
