Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage employee data using software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date HR records
- Handle HR-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective management of applicant tracking
- Conduct background checks as part of our recruitment process
- Manage onboarding process for new hires
- Communicate effectively with team members and potential candidates
- Oversee auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Execute benefit functions and manage related tasks
- Utilize Kronos for effective time management within the team
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce HR software
- Ability to use About Time software for time tracking and management
- Auditing skills, particularly in a HR context
- Experience conducting Background Checks
- Understanding of Benefit Functions within a HR setting
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Management software
