We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist for one of our clients.Job Description:The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Manager to support both operational and strategic HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and development. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of human resources and have excellent communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities:Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures.Conduct research to understand competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs and recommend changes as applicable.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
