In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including compensation administration, employee relations, compliance, and benefits functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to a team of 150 employees across three offices in Ohio, Texas, and Canada
- Play a vital role in recruitment, specifically for operators and laborers
- Manage and administer ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Support the use of HRMS, Ceridian, and About Time for HR functions
- Administer benefits and compensation packages for employees
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Foster positive employee relations and promptly address any employee concerns
- Utilize Procore for project management and estimation assistance
- Collaborate with the marketing team for trade shows and website management
- Assist in transitioning the company through various changes.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software
- Knowledge of About Time software for time tracking
- Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
- Ability to ensure Compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations management
- Proficiency in using Procore construction project management software
- Experience in the construction/contractor industry is required
- Must hold a relevant degree or have equivalent HR Generalist experience in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make well-judged decisions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
