You will also be responsible for answering benefits questions, processing Leaves of Absence (LOAs), and handling minor employee relations issues. Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty recruitment, reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings• Answer and resolve any questions or issues related to benefits• Process Leaves of Absence (LOAs) in a timely and efficient manner• Assist in handling minor employee relations issues as needed• Maintain a thorough understanding of union contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes• Administer benefits using the Ellucian Banner software• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the educational institutions sector• Perform other tasks related to human resources as needed.
