Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the full recruitment cycle
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new employees
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution
• Assist in mediating and resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner
• Administer performance appraisal programs, providing support to managers in setting goals and evaluating performance
• Identify and address performance issues, implementing development plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices
• Conduct market analysis to benchmark salaries and manage employee benefits enrollment
• Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
• Lead special HR projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
