Robert Half HR Solutions is seeking a Contract HR Project Manager who will serve as a super user and tester for our client’s iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This contract HRIS/ATS super user role is critical to our client as they explore the full capabilities of their ATS system (iCIMS) and optimize its usage across their HR department. As a project-based role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work hands-on with our HR system and play an instrumental role in transforming our recruitment process. This role will be based in Atlanta but primarily will work remotely. This contract is not open to C2C candidates, and we do not offer sponsorship. This HR project manager role is not a fully technical role; the correct candidate must be able to have a strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition from an end users perspective. Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point-of-contact and super user for our iCIMS ATS.2. Identify opportunities to optimize our ATS based on departmental needs and system capabilities.3. Test various functionalities and modules within the iCIMS ATS to ensure the system is meeting our business requirements.4. Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures.5. Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers.6. Consult with stakeholders to understand the functionalities desired and strategize on the appropriate system implementation.7. Train staff on the use of new systems or modifications, promoting usability and adoption.8. Collaborate with HR to ensure data integrity, report generation, and system usage consistency.9. Monitor system performance and document any issues or areas for improvement.10. Interact regularly with vendors and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.2. Proven experience as an HR Project Manager, HRIS analyst, or similar role.3. Prior experience with iCIMS ATS, preferably as a super user.4. Knowledge of HR processes and terminologies.5. Solid understanding of system testing methodologies.6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.7. Strong communication and presentation skills.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.9. Excellent organizational and time management skills.This is a contract position with the potential opportunity for extension based on the needs of the business and performance. The successful candidate will be required to provide their own hardware and software for remote working arrangements.
