This position is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities• Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for open positions• Develop and implement a sustainable talent acquisition process and strategy• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience to determine the best fit for positions• Conduct screening interviews over the phone and in-person• Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the selection process• Enhance the company’s reputation as an excellent workplace• Generate monthly and annual hiring reports for senior management• Utilize sourcing techniques and tools to attract candidates• Leverage human resources information systems (HRIS), specifically Paylocity• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to streamline recruitment processes• Independently make decisions related to recruitment and placement.
