Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UAT Resource to join our team to implement LifeWorks BAS (Benefits Administration System).
Project Overview:
The LifeWorks BAS Implementation project aims to streamline and enhance our benefits administration processes by integrating the LifeWorks BAS platform. This platform will help us efficiently manage employee benefits, improve communication, and provide a better overall experience for our employees.
Position Overview:
As a UAT Resource, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the LifeWorks BAS platform. I want you to know that you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the User Acceptance Testing phase of the project. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate the functionality and usability of the platform before its final deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive UAT plan outlining test scope, scenarios, and timelines.
- Design and execute test cases that cover various use cases and scenarios within the LifeWorks BAS platform.
- Identify, document, and report defects using appropriate tools and processes.
- Please work closely with the development team to resolve the issues quickly.
- Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end users to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on UAT status and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing or quality assurance roles.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes and systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and software for defect tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and timelines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in UAT for software implementation projects is preferred.
