We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Boca Raton, Florida. This position is in the telecom industry and the workplace is a dynamic environment where you will be performing a variety of tasks related to HRIS systems, benefits administration, and payroll. Responsibilities:• Performing payroll functions and calculations accurately and efficiently to meet mandatory deadlines.• Reviewing and validating all payroll data such as new hires, salary changes, separations, etc. to ensure compliance with federal regulations.• Processing garnishments, child support, and other liens as required.• Advising on payroll policies and practices.• Administering Paid Time Off Program, Leave of Absence Program.• Coordinating day to day transactions interactions related to Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and Onboarding practices.• Maintaining benefit enrollments and terminations for salaried and hourly employees.• Conducting new hire onboarding/orientation and ensuring new hire onboarding in various locations.• Validating and verifying COBRA enrollments and terminations.• Maintaining and programming HRIS systems.• Creating and managing several HRIS reports including turnover, headcount, service awards and others as required.• Assisting with annual Service Awards Program.• Coordinating internal employee transfers.• Inputting and analyzing background checks, reviewing, interpreting and communicating results.• Maintaining Organization Charts.• Undertaking additional projects as assigned.
