We are on the lookout for an HRIS Analyst to join our team in CENTENNIAL, Colorado, 80112-3841, United States. This role involves a combination of HRIS tasks and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HRIS tasks, making up the majority of the role.
- Carry out data analysis tasks.
- Communicate effectively within the team and across other departments.
- Use HiBob HRIS system to manage and analyze HR data, if possible.
- Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Core Hr, HCM, About Time, Benefit Functions, Business Process Functions, Compensation Administration, Documentation, and HRIS Analysis.
- Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure accurate HR data management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS system strategies.
- Handle HRIS related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure HR data privacy by following the industry standards and regulations.
- Provide regular reports on HR data as per the company needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a related role
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian and Core HR systems
- Familiarity with HCM and About Time software
- Ability to handle Benefit Functions and Business Process Functions
- Experience in Compensation Administration
- Strong skills in Documentation and HRIS Analysis
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
