Classification: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Compensation: $60000.00 to $80000.00 yearly

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process for salaried and hourly workforce.
- Review bi-weekly payroll in ADP for accuracy.
- Coordinates all company training.
- Oversees annual performance review process and processes pay changes.
- Process changes in employee name, address, marital status, etc.
- Resolves employee dissatisfaction by conducting confidential meetings; investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing advice, guidance, and direction.
- Processes employee terminations to include benefits and pay out of vacation time and final check, conducts exit interviews.
- Assists with employee benefit meetings & related activities for new hires and during open enrollment periods.
- Coordinate leaves for disability and FMLA.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements.
- Will assist with some light accounting duties (i.e. AP/AR)
Qualifications
- BS Degree or Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred, will consider experience in lieu
- Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with computerized payroll system and Microsoft office software (Word, Excel) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
