Key Responsibilities
- Work in synergy with management to establish and put into action HR strategies that align with the business plans and corporate principles
- Safeguard compliance with all pertinent labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Supervise HR operations such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Spearhead recruitment for a variety of roles within the manufacturing sites, foster candidate pipelines and design strategies to enhance employee retention while decreasing attrition rate
- Offer mentorship on HR policies, manage conflict situations and practice employee advocacy
- Identify training requirements and formulate programs to augment the skills and capabilities of employees
- Collaborate with in-house teams or external vendors for seamless delivery of training programs
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR) would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining employee relationships
- Experience in managing, developing, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
