📢 Exciting Opportunity! Robert Half Madison is seeking a dynamic HRBP for an on-site role with a manufacturing organization near Monroe! The ideal candidate will have 5 years HR experience with particular expertise in worker's compensation, benefits administration and compensation plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Work in synergy with management to establish and put into action HR strategies that align with the business plans and corporate principles
  • Safeguard compliance with all pertinent labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Supervise HR operations such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
  • Spearhead recruitment for a variety of roles within the manufacturing sites, foster candidate pipelines and design strategies to enhance employee retention while decreasing attrition rate
  • Offer mentorship on HR policies, manage conflict situations and practice employee advocacy
  • Identify training requirements and formulate programs to augment the skills and capabilities of employees
  • Collaborate with in-house teams or external vendors for seamless delivery of training programs

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR) would be a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining employee relationships
  • Experience in managing, developing, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
