I am currently on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Director who has deep expertise in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of various human resource processes, have substantial experience in working with unions, and possess exceptional employee engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, and manage the entire HR function for a large-scale manufacturing company.
Use contemporaneous strategies to improve employee engagement and drive organizational performance.
Guide the HR team in managing union negotiations with a strong understanding and perspective of labor laws, contracts, and collective bargaining.
Advise our executive leadership team on HR-related matters.
Develop strategies to maintain a positive, engaged work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Proven HR leadership within the Manufacturing industry (7 years experience preferred).
A strong background in Union negotiations.
An excellent communicator with proven experience in implementing effective employee engagement strategies.
PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
