As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly competent, transformative Human Resources Director to spearhead and develop our HR operations. Job Responsibilities: Leading and supervising a growing Human Resources team, ensuring the HR strategy aligns with our business goals. Overseeing the recruitment process, from devising a strategic plan to attract top talents to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Regularly reviewing employees' performance and implementing a relevant performance management system. Managing annual health insurance renewals and negotiating with service providers to ensure the best terms. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and industry regulations. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and continually updating them as necessary. Escalating complex, significant, or high-risk employee relations issues to the appropriate senior leadership members. Developing strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.
