We are looking for an HR Generalist that has experience processing payroll! Payroll processing is a must!

Overall responsibilities will include:
- HR Program Promotion: Promoting HR initiatives to maintain an efficient and positive workplace environment, focusing on conflict resolution.
- Talent Acquisition: Assisting in recruiting processes, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.
- Policy Development: Helping to create and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals.
- Employee Engagement: Boosting job satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and engagement activities.
- Training Management: Overseeing the assignment and monitoring of brand standards and corporate training programs.
- Onboarding: Supporting new hires during onboarding by providing necessary information and facilitating the completion of required documentation.
- Payroll Administration: Preparing payroll, managing records, and ensuring accuracy in payment processing.
- Record Maintenance: Keeping detailed records of employee information and HR actions, such as hires.
