We are offering an opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant in the Healthcare industry, based in Gastonia, North Carolina. The role involves supporting the development of leadership training programs and carrying out changes to various job functions and processes. This is a contract role where you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:• Assist in organizing and initiating a leadership development training program.• Contribute to designing and implementing changes to various job functions and processes.• Coordinate with staff to schedule and plan meetings.• Conduct research from professional sources to identify best practices and inform project design.• Organize and curate resources for internal staff training.• Manage communication channels to share materials with internal leaders and employees.• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, and other related skills in executing tasks.• Handle responsibilities related to Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, Filing, Copying, Document Scanning, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
