Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employees by addressing demands, complaints, or other issues effectively.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including on-boarding and induction of new hires.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop, oversee and maintain compensation and benefits plans.
- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handle workplace grievances, discrimination and performance-related issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adequate knowledge of HR management software and databases.
- Results-driven, people-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to strategize and have strong leadership qualities.
