What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-House Attorney position at Robert Half?
Robert Half is partnering with a global marketing organization, and they are seeking an in-house attorney to assist the GC and legal team.
This in-house attorney must be able to negotiate and draft commercial agreements appropriately and manage corporate entity structure (form/dissolve/maintain LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps, LLPs, etc) as the company has subsidiaries. Please do not apply if you have no transactional law experience yet ; they cannot train on the duties above.
The company is looking to bring more litigation projects in-house, so experience managing litigation (subpoena and document review/discovery) is helpful to have.
This job is mostly remote, local but the in-house attorney will need to be on site in Newport Beach (near the airport) as requested by GC. Please do not apply if you do not live in Southern California.
Logistics:
- Hours: 8-4, 9-6 - up to the GC but flexible. OT expected 5-10 hrs a week
- Duration: Indefinite
- Process: 1 interview with the GC
- Start: ASAP!

Requirements

- Command of Civil Litigation (subpoenas, discovery)
