This person will conduct technical training programs, determines training objectives, creates training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests. The Technical Trainer will provide training courses on subjects such as installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, hardware, and equipment. You will be administering written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance, create and publish knowledge articles for information transfer within team, create and maintain training manuals for distribution to customers. Requirements
• Assess training needs for new and existing employees
• Identify internal training programs to address competency gaps
• Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
• Organize and develop training programs to meet specific internal and external training needs
• Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
• Maintain internal knowledgebase standardization and integrity
• Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
