We are seeking an Intake Coordinator responsible for conducting initial interviews with pregnant women and parents of infants unit. In this role, you will assess program eligibility and the need for additional services through comprehensive interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Initial Contact: Conduct interviews with pregnant women and parents of infants to determine their eligibility and service needs.
- Screening Processing: review post-natal risk screens and community referrals from the local health department and SOBRA Medicaid recipients in Miami Dade County.
- Telephonic Work: All duties will be performed via telephone.
- Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain the confidentiality of all information.
