Responsibilities:
- Initial Contact: Conduct interviews with pregnant women and parents of infants to determine their eligibility and service needs.
- Screening Processing: review post-natal risk screens and community referrals from the local health department and SOBRA Medicaid recipients in Miami Dade County.
- Telephonic Work: All duties will be performed via telephone.
- Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain the confidentiality of all information.
