Daily Tasks:
- Front Desk management and front of the house impressions
- Patient Registration/Check in procedures
- Conducting questionnaires and new patient onboarding
- Obtaining and coordinating referrals from providers and insurance companies
- Collecting and verifying accurate medical records and patient paperwork
- Scheduling Appointments
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Proven ability to answer Multi-Line Phone Systems
- Working knowledge of EMRs - Electronic Medical Records
- Experience performing Patient Intake, Referral Coordination and Insurance Verifications
- 1 years of Administrative Assistance experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to type 45 - 60 WPM
