Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations to daily tasks.
- Utilize clear understanding of client/server technology.
- Communicate effectively, including writing, speaking and active listening.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Provide advanced leadership and conflict management skills.
- Showcase excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Pay excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
- Leverage exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, working both as part of a team and independently.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar IT support role
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Deskside Support
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of staff and management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of various operating systems and platforms
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
- Proven track record of maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computer systems, hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location.
