Your responsibilities
- Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
- Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- Match hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot Hardware experience preferred
- Adeptness in Hardware Troubleshooting
- Prior experience with Printer Hardware
- Trouble Tickets experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with PC Hardware
- Software Installation experience required
- Software Implementations experience desired
- Experience with Troubleshooting Network
- Good understanding of Computer Hardware
- Basic Troubleshooting experience highly preferred
- Deep understanding of Ticketing System
- General familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting
- Strong familiarity with software licensing
- Hardware & software installation experience highly valued
- Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Troubleshooting
- Service Desk Tickets experience desired
- Experience with Hardware and Software
- Comprehension of Hardware Components
