What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Coordinator position at Robert Half?
Luxury apartment complex in Madison (with included parking), is looking for a Leasing Consultant! No prior property management experience is required, just a customer-service-oriented attitude!
The hours for the position would be 40 hours/week; Tuesday - Friday 8/9am-5/6pm; Saturdays; 9a-1p; OFF SUNDAY/MONDAY
The position is contract-to-permanent. It can pay up to $20/hr, depending on prior experience, during the temporary period.
In this role, you would do the following:
- Will conduct showings of apartments units
- Assist with all leasing duties
- Scheduling tours
- Going through applications
- Helping tenants on getting their lease signed and moved in
