Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing residents through phone, emails, and in-person meetings
- Manage leases, including application processes, signings, and resident relations
- Coordinate move-in and move-out schedules
- Create and post marketing content on social media, and handle all advertising operations
- Maintain property appearance up to company standards
- Assist with community events, rent collection, and work order generation
- Foster a positive and vibrant community atmosphere for residents and prospective tenants
- Ensure consistent occupancy rates and resident turnovers, in line with company expectations
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on various initiatives, including rent collections and occupancy expectations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1 years of experience in leasing or property management industry; Sales experience within a similar industry setting could also be considered
- Unparalleled customer service skills, with the ability to work with senior communities
- Proficient in using technology and quick to learn new online software
- Excellent organization skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage correspondence and documentation in a professional manner
- Experience handling rental agreements and prospective tenants
- Familiarity with rent collection procedures and management of rental properties
- Experience in social media and community event management for promoting properties and engaging with current and potential tenants a huge plus.
