What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Robert Half?
Growing construction litigation firm is on the hunt for a contract to hire Litigation Associate Attorney ready to assist with a facet of litigation! This firm is really looking for someone who is confident and experienced who they can take on for a contract period and then make a long-term permanent hire.
Litigation attorney must assist with all facets of litigation:
- Have two plus years' experience in construction litigation
- Consult with clients
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Draft motions and pleadings
- Support depo preparation and defense
- Trial preparation
Requirements
2 years' experience in construction litigation (or interest in), has been an associate and looking for the full desk, assist with all facets of litigation should they have more than 5 years' experience total.
Must be licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar Association.
