The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30am to 5pm.In the role of a Post Closing Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with loan servicing onboarding processes, document follow-ups and general office administrative tasks. If you have a practical understanding of residential lending programs and practices, and can effectively liaise with external vendors to ensure proper and punctual loan handling, it would be highly beneficial.The ideal candidate will feel comfortable with phone communication, demonstrate outstanding time management abilities, and be prepared to surpass individual, team, and company objectives. A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service to achieve fiscal targets is essential.Responsibilities entail:- Receiving and logging mail- Creating investor document folders- Scanning documents for off-site review- Organizing the Post Closing File Room- Office supply inventory and replenishment- Handling printer/scanner supplies and maintenance requests- Logging and shipping incoming checks to Accounts Payable and mail to HR- Following up with vendors for missing documents- Printing from downloaded files- Sending bulk emails to vendors- Shipping documents to investors- Suggesting improvements to existing processes- Assisting team members beyond your job scope to ensure team goals are achieved- Escalating unresolved issues to management when necessary.If you meet the requirements of this position and would be available for the next 1-2 months, please apply to this job posting via the Robert Half website!
