We are currently seeking a Logistics Clerk who is highly detail-oriented to assist with a crucial company-wide inventory project. This role is pivotal to our operations and requires keen attention to detail, great organization skills, and a focused approach to work.
- Accurately maintain and manage the inventory records of the company.
- Regularly assess the inventory to identify discrepancies if any and report them promptly.
- Optimize storage procedures and ensure that inventory is appropriately categorized.
- Handle all items with care to minimize any potential for damage or loss. 5) Keep the workplace environment clean and organized to enable efficient operations.
- Conduct regular audits on inventory, procedures, and equipment.
- Assist with minimal data entry tasks, when required.
- Be responsible for ensuring that the entire project is executed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing information and insights to facilitate best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure important documents and data.
- Proven experience in similar roles.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good PC literacy (especially MS Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic.
