Robert Half is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Marketing Specialist to join our client. We need a professional who can control the bottom line while supporting the paid media/direct response team with email trafficking, calendar management, research, budget tracking, webinar support, and affiliate marketing. This role will be hybrid, onsite 1 day/week in El Segundo.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media
- Manage paid media email trafficking
- Managing the calendar
- building/approving the emails to publishers
- Competitive research / New opportunities
- Publications/agencies for new paid media opportunities (i.e. emails)
- Support Budget tracking
Webinar Program
- Unique opportunities to promote our webinars
- Individual outreach for appearances (celebrity guests/endorsers)
Affiliate Program
- Review/approve affiliate content
- Leaderboard - managing affiliates
- Affiliate promotions/newsletter
- Optimization of content/landing pages / digital assets
- Manage affiliate marketing assets (banners, emails, etc.)
Requirements
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve with a desire to learn and think outside of the box
- Experience managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, documenting and developing systems to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Experience with paid media outreach and campaigns (conservative paid media/traditional media buying)
- Experience conducting research (competitive analysis)
- Experience with proofreading content and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Experience using Mailchimp (or a similar email marketing platform)
- Experience with landing page builders (i.e. Unbounce)
- Experience with affiliate programs, promotion, and outreach is preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
