Our client is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our IT team for a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will provide first-line support to our users, assisting them with a variety of issues ranging from cell/tablet configuration to basic troubleshooting. You will also assist with onboarding new users by setting up workstations, activating devices, and enrolling them in essential software programs. THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE ROLE IN FEDERALSBURG, MD!Responsibilities:Provide prompt and courteous technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in person.Configure and troubleshoot cell phones and tablets, ensuring connectivity and functionality.Set up new workstations and configure basic software and peripherals.Activate 4G communication channels on mobile devices.Enroll users in 12 essential programs using IBM 360.Create user accounts and grant appropriate permissions through a web interface.Troubleshoot Tier I issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.Document all interactions and problem resolutions for future reference.Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
