Jamestown area company is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team immediately! Job duties will include managing project calendar, scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering supplies and supporting various administrative projects. The ideal candidate will be very organized and is able to work independently. This is a long-term contract opportunity anticipated to last 2 years. Requirements
- Strong communication and social skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Earlier work involving Calendar Management
- Project Scheduling experience desired
