Key responsibilities
- Be responsible for word processing, copy services, office reception, mail and distribution efforts, communication systems, utility services, and office equipment
- Take part in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow
- Assist Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
- Be in charge of over overall office administration
- Evaluate current office organizational structure and make improvements
Requirements
- Supply Ordering experience
- Enter Invoices experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Purchase Orders
- Proficiency in Administrative Office
- Foundational knowledge in Supply Ordering
- 1 years of job related experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
