- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
- Maintaining office systems and supervising staff in order to support operationsc- Research and negotiate cost effective prices with vendors, and order inventory/supplies
- Help with accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank/account reconciliation, and expense reimbursement
Requirements
- 2 years of office management experience
- Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks and payroll software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)
- Skilled in human resources management procedures and practices
- Must be able to problem solve and think critically, and have a high attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
- Ability to multitask effectively
