Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Answer and route calls professionally, ensuring customer queries are addressed timely
- Greet visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment
- Manage office supplies, ensuring break rooms and bathrooms are well-stocked
- Utilize accounting software systems to perform light accounting duties
- Manage schedules to ensure smooth office operations
- Address general inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
- Handle some Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Use MS Office for various administrative tasks and communication
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with CRM system
- Experience in handling and answering inbound calls
- Previous administrative experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite
- Experience with Sage software - AP Functions
- Ability to manage office functions effectively and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and ethical approach to all tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
