Responsibilities:

Create a high volume of creative designs, including original packaging concepts, PDQs (Product Display Quarter pallets), pitch decks, and other brand collateral.

Work closely with fellow designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop and enhance the visual brand story of SpaLife.

Prepare production files and efficiently communicate with overseas factories to ensure the successful execution of packaging designs.

Ensure that the brand image is consistent across all product formats and adheres to the brand's style guide.

Stay informed about consumer habits within the beauty industry and apply design strategies that drive conversion to meet the unique needs of different buyers.

Prepare mockups for sales presentations as needed to showcase packaging designs.
