This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and will require expertise in areas such as e-filing, trial preparation, and drafting legal documents and billable hours.Responsibilities:• Assist with e-filing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient court proceedings.• Provide support in managing deadlines for trials, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed on time.• Utilize skills in discovery to gather and analyze relevant information for cases.• Draft motions and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.• Leverage knowledge of Employment and Business Law to enhance case strategies.• Use Cilio software for efficient management and coordination of legal projects.• Ensure all tasks are completed within the standard working hours of 9-5.• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence, coordinating witnesses, and conducting legal research.
