- Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions.
- Utilize Excel Formulas to perform various accounting functions related to payroll.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) tasks as needed.
- Provide support for benefit functions within the organization.
- Process checks for payroll distribution.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Use the 'About Time' system for efficient timekeeping and payroll management.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
