- Make necessary changes to payroll data, including hours worked and sick pay.
- Check timesheets for accuracy and rectify any discrepancies.
- Maintain an accurate record of employee payroll data.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including creating and managing pivot tables and V-look ups.
- Ensure all payroll procedures are in compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to other team members in the payroll department as needed.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure all employee data is up-to-date.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the department.
