How you will make an impact
- Oversee enrollments and determine employee eligibility
- Manage relationships with all our service providers
- Construct benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.
- Monitor transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
- Support administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
- Help employees understand their benefit options
- Take charge of daily benefits processing
- Maintain professional communication with accounting department and work closely with them regularly
- Keep appraised of employee benefits plans and vendors
- Help organization to comply with applicable government regulations
- Manage leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)
Requirements
- 3 years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field
- Deep knowledge of benefits contract language
- Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Hands-on experience with data analysis
