Photo Operations Specialist

Description

We are seeking a Photo Operations Specialist to join our team in the Telecom Services industry, located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As a Photo Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing digital assets, executing multimedia projects, and maintaining effective communication with both technical and creative teams. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute multimedia projects based on client needs and specifications
• Maintain and manage digital assets using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Utilize Project Management skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and determine project specifications
• Collaborate with both technical and creative teams to deliver quality results
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed
• Utilize Asana and Workfront for project management
• Perform photo editing tasks as required
• Ensure an organized and detail-oriented approach towards all tasks
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in photography, with a focus on digital assets
• Experience with DAM - Digital Asset Management systems
• Demonstrated skills in project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with Asana and Workfront project management tools
• Strong skills in photo editing
• Ability to work in the telecom services industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Photo Operations Specialist or similar role in the Telecom Services industry would be an asset.
