We are on the lookout for a seasoned Program Manager specializing in Data, Infrastructure, and Reporting to oversee our IoT-based mobile application projects. This pivotal role involves steering the software development lifecycle from initial requirements to final deployment, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively manage resources and achieve project goals.
- Work with diverse teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Define and manage project schedules, communicate progress, and address issues with stakeholders.
- Collect and document user requirements to create functional specifications.
- Regularly update management and stakeholders on project status.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and current.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Continuously refine project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in project management within software and mobile application development.
- Prior experience with IoT is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools like JIRA or Monday.com.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
